As of September 3, 2025, per owner, engineer and contractor identified. Project is almost complete. The City of Perkins, Oklahoma seeks Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified Professional Engineers to provide comprehensive services for Lift Station design and associated collection lines, including a force main in accordance with federal procurement guidelines as specified in 2 CFR 200:317-327. Direction and coordination of all design, environmental assessments, utility coordination, and construction aspects. Project Design - The project includes one new duplex submersible pump lift station, valve vault, bypass pump connection, emergency generator, and force main. The service area for the lift station will include approximately 40 acres and will terminate at a manhole located near Freeman and 3rd Streets, Perkins, Oklahoma. The force main will be approximately 4,000 linear feet and has not yet been sized for flow. The size of the lift station, pumps and force main will be determined by the engineer during design based on the proposed service area and use. -Provide project planning, design, and design administration o Coordinate a geotechnical site investigation if needed. o Provide design and construction surveying services. o Provide bid phase services. o Provide resident project inspection services. o Provide construction administration management services. o Attend monthly construction meetings. o Certify quantities. o Certify contractor pay requests. o Assist in procuring easements and/or permits. o Any other engineering related duties that may be required by the City for this project.
