Site work and renovation of a civil project in Perkins, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
ITO Perkins Lift Station Description: C. The following description, while not intended to cover all details, outlines some items of the work to be accomplished under this Contract: 1. Construct approximately 1,458 LF of 8"PVC SDR35 gravity sanitary sewer by trenching, approximately 210 LF of 8" PVC SDR35 gravity sanitary sewer by boring. 2. Construct approximately 585 LF of 4"HDPE DR11 sewer force main by trenching. 3. Construct lift station furnished with 6 ft diameter wet well, valve vault, submersible pumps (2), standby generator, necessary electrical appurtenances, and connection to existing power utility. Note: The existing force main must stay in operation throughout construction. Temporary pumping, piping, plugs, shut offs, etc. shall be considered incidental and included in the cost of other bid items. Site Directions: The project site is located west of N Main St, between SH 33/E 116th St and W Freeman Ave. The site entrance is at the intersection of SH 33/E 116th St and N 3343 Rd. The project is located on an ongoing development by Crossland Construction Company, must coordinate.
