Libertyville Fire Department Station 2 Interior Alterations. The Village of Libertyville and Hezcorp Construction Services, the Construction Manager as Constructor for this project, are accepting subcontractor bids for demolition, concrete, limited masonry, carpentry, joint protection, hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware, metal studs, gypsum board, ceramic tiling, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, carpeting, painting, signage, toilet accessories, shower enclosure, locker reconfiguration, fire sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, temporary utilities, temporary toilet and shower trailer, temporary barricades and enclosures, temporary controls (environmental and security), waste disposal, and cleaning. 201 W. Golf Road, Libertyville, IL 60048. The Village of Libertyville, in accordance with laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that the work performed under this contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act 820 ILCS 130/01 et seq. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of the bids without consent of Village of Libertyville. The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond upon award of the contract in the penal sum of the full amount of the Contract Price as described in the Bid Package.
