**As of March 6, 2024 project was awarded to Reiman & Aztec JV Limited Partnership, awarded amount is $9,287,323.65.** Dell Range - Van Buren Improvements. Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted. The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne. The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities in the bidding.
