Invitation to Bid on the trash removal contract for the 2024 Teton County Fair. The trash removal contract will be for the week of Monday July22nd through Monday July 29th, 2024. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the state. W.S. 16-6-106. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals. Trash Removal Contractor must provide the following: o 80 residential dumpsters for various uses around the Fairgrounds o 12 or more, 8-yard dumpsters o 2 or more, 16-yard roll-off dumpsters for manure as needed o 1 16-yard roll-off dumpster for cardboard recycling Services should include the following: o 1 representative on-call throughout Fair Week in the event of an emergency trash or manure pickup o 6:00 AM pickup DAILY of 80 residential dumpsters, Fair Board will require vendors to haul dumpsters to south end of the Grassy Arena each evening to ensure early morning pickup o 6:00AM pickup DAILY of all 8-yard dumpsters o Manure dump pickup as needed
