Lawrence Correctional Center intends to procure the performance of required inspections and maintenance of the hood suppression systems and the fire suppression systems including sprinklers, valves, check valves, and related equipment. Inspections will be in accordance with relevant NFPA standards. Maintenance will include steam cleaning along with adding chemical solution to hood suppression systems, if needed, and repair or replacement of all other fire suppression components. Maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing of fire suppression systems and equipment throughout Lawrence Correctional Center. Vendor will be responsible for the performance of all required biannual inspections and maintenance of the hood suppression systems and the quarterly inspections and maintenance of all fire suppression systems including sprinklers, valves, check valves, and related equipment. Inspections will be in accordance with relevant NFPA standards. Maintenance will include steam cleaning along with adding chemical solution to the hood suppression systems, if needed, and repair or replacement of all other fire suppression components.
