Remodeling of a playground / park / athletic field in Bartlett, Illinois. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.
Specifications require the submittal of a 10% Bid Surety with the proposal. In addition, the successful contractor(s)must be able to provide a satisfactory Performance Bond,Labor and Material Payment Bond, and required proof of insurance following the award of a contract All contracts for work herein are subject to all Park District rules and regulations, and providing for the payment of DuPage Countys prevailing wage rate to all workers involved in these projects. All bids will remain firm for 60 days after the bid opening.
