Renovation of an educational facility in Bartlett, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of 4/5/2019 project scheduled to be awarded on 4/15/2019. In this project the work includes the replacement of the HVAC system and all associated work at Centennial Elementary School, 234 East Stearns Road, Bartlett, Illinois 60103. Refer to Drawings and Project Manual for full extent of the work required. A Performance Bond and Material & Labor Payment Bond will be required from the General Contractor for 100% of the contract sum, payable to the Owner. All interested bidders are required to complete an AIA Document A305 Contractor's Qualification Statement and submit them with all bidding documents at the time of bid. AII bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid(s), and all alternates and allowances, or cashiers check made payable to School District U-46. All bid documents must be submitted as one (1) original and three (3) copies. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130)
