Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bartlett, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and religious / funeral development.
**As of February 15, 2022, this project has been awarded to Associated Electrical Contractors, LLC in the amount of $446,900.00 which includes basebid and alternates. In this project, the work includes the replacement of the auditorium lights and all associated work at Bartlett High School, 701 W. Schick Road, Bartlett, Illinois 60103. Upon award of Contract, a Performance Bond and Material & Labor Payment Bond will be required from the General Contractor for 100% of the contract sum, payable to the Owner. PREVAILING WAGE LAW: This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130). Receipt of a Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid(s) and all alternates and allowances, or Cashier's Check made payable to School District U-46 is required prior to time of virtual Bid Opening.
