The City of Des Peres is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to demo/remove existing epoxy flooring and base, ceramic tile that epoxy flooring is over and the mortar bed underneath the tile. Install epoxy mortar system to entire prepared substrate for proper fill and sloping to drains, and then install new epoxy quartz flooring and integral cove base in the Men's and Women's Locker Rooms, Family Change Rooms and Wet Party Room at The Lodge Des Peres at 1050 Des Peres Road. Mechanical preparation of epoxy mortar infill by sanding and grinding. Install double broadcast epoxy quartz flooring and integral cove base.
