Renovation of a municipal facility in Craig, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
INTRODUCTION/SCOPE: The City of Craig (the City) located in NW Colorado, is seeking REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) to install a Commercial Rooftop Unit (RTU) at the Yampa Building, located at 775 Yampa Ave. The system does not effectively generate the cooling requirements needed for that portion of the building. Furthermore, as this is a professional building with high volume of patron's conducting business, the selected contractor must implement optimal safety measures to reduce any potential safety hazards throughout the duration of project Deadline for Submission of Questions: 2/2/2024 The City will not give verbal answers to inquiries regarding information in this RFP, or verbal instructions prior to the submission deadline Any explanation desired by a Respondent must be requested of the City representative in writing Questions and Inquiries: The City will not give verbal answers to inquiries regarding information in this RFP, or verbal instructions prior to the submission deadline. A verbal statement regarding same by any person shall be non-binding. The City is not liable for any increased costs resulting from the Respondent accepting verbal directions. Any explanation desired by a Respondent must be requested of the City representative in writing no later than 2/2/2024, and if explanation is necessary, a reply shall be made in the form of an addendum, a copy of which shall be forwarded by 2/9/2024, by email to each Respondent.
