Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 12,215-square-foot municipal facility.
Questions Regarding The Original Solicitation Must Be Submitted By February 12, 2024 At 5:00 Pm Eastern Time To Be Considered For An Addendum. This Project shall include, but not be limited to, renovation of the 4 th floor located at 1425 N. Courthouse Road, Arlington with a total area of 12,215 sq ft which includes two Juvenile and Domestic Relations Courtrooms, Clerks Open Office area, Intake Open Office area, Conference rooms, Restrooms, Communications room and other ancillary spaces. There will also be connection renovation work of the mechanical system and accessories located on the 3rd floor. The remaining floors below and above, will be occupied daily by court and office employees during normal business hours Bid Surety in the amount of 5% of the bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the award will be required of the successful bidder. Arlington County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, cancel this solicitation, and waive any informalities or irregularities as defined in the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution.
