Remlap - Pine Mountain Water Authority, 17545 AL Hwy 75, Remlap, Alabama 35133 . The work of constructing the Remlap - Pine Mountain Water Authority Booster Station will be let under one Contract, the principal items of work are detailed herein below: Principal Work: 1. Furnish and Install Booster Station 2. SCADA System 3. Sitework 4. Yard Piping The Contractor is Hereby Advised That Time is of the Essence on This Project and That the Contract Time of 150 Consecutive Calendar Days and Noted Restrictions Shall Be Strictly Observed. Liquidated Damages Will Be Assessed if the Contract Time is Exceeded. The Contractor May Apply for an Extension of Time in Accordance With the Provisions of the Contract; However, Such an Extension Must Be Approved Prior to the Contract Completion Date to Avoid the Imposition of Liquidated Damages.
