The Cheyenne Regional Airport Board is currently soliciting competitively sealed Proposals from experienced and qualified companies for Professional Tree Trimming, Removal and Disposal Services. The selected company(s) must provide all labor, materials, supervision, tools, travel, fuel and equipment necessary to provide, but not limited to, tree trimming, tree removal, stump grinding, chipping (mulching) and disposal services. The Airport's contract for Tree Trimming, Removal and Disposal Services will be on an "as needed basis" and is to be billed accordingly. Q&A Deadline February 8th, 2024 Notice of Award February 20th, 2024 All proposals submitted to the Airport shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of $3,000.00. The failure to submit the required bond with the actual proposal shall constitute sufficient cause to invalidate the proposal. SERVICES REQUIRED: 1 Bulk quote for approximately 30 trees that will require removal, stump grinding and disposal. 2 The Airport also requires an as needed per tree "On-Call" Tree Removal, Stump Grinding and Disposal Services as an extra service to the annual contract. 3 Bulk Tree Removal Must be completed by April 1st 2024 CONTRACT TERM The term of this Professional Tree Trimming, Removal and Disposal Services contract will be for an initial one (1) year time period, with an option to renew four (4) additional one (1) year terms. There are no Liquidated Damages.
