Bid Security Will Be Retained if the Bidder is Awarded the Work and Fails to Execute the Agreement and Furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds Project Funding This Project is Funded in Part by Financial Assistance From the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Municipal Dam Grant Program.
