Renovation of a service station / car wash facility in Walnut Creek, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility.

1) EXISTING LOCATION- Remove and salvage (1) existing ChargePoint dual port station outside Bldg. B and Install (1) (city supplied) NEW BLINK dual port EV charger along with all necessary components, cable management etc. (Using Existing EV service) at existing location. 2) NEW LOCATION- Install city supplied NEW BLINK dual port charger along with all necessary components, cable management, new conduit, wiring, circuit breakers, in parking stalls southeast corner of Bldg. B. Please see attached scan for details. Scope of Work o Furnish & install four (4) new 40amp/2p breakers. o Furnish & install 1 1/2" conduit/fittings/supports (from panel in building "B" to parking stalls on near southeast corner of building). Approx. 200' total length o Trench (approx.. 35' total length) and install new N16 curb boxes and PVC to new charger locations. o Furnish & install new concrete pads for EV chargers. o Furnish & install four (4) 240v circuits of #8 THHN. o Install two (2) city furnished dual port Charge Point EV chargers. o Complete all necessary terminations. o Coordinate with BLINK Manufacture for turn-on support. o Test for proper operations. Proof of insurance comprised of certificates of insurance and original endorsements of comprehensive general liability insurance written by one or more responsible insurance companies licensed to do business in California is required. Contractor must notify City of Walnut Creek prior to starting work. The certificates and endorsements are to be on ISO-approved forms. The City will not accept a Certificate of insurance alone as proof of insurance coverage.
