This Request for Proposal (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the "City") to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for TMP Special Study Area "A" Class Environmental Assessment (EA), as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The project is for the completion of a 'Municipal Class EA' Study for operational and safety improvements in the Special Study Area- A (Clonsilla Avenue / Sherbrooke Street / Goodfellow Road area) as detailed in the City of Peterborough's 2022 Transportation Master Plan (TMP) as well as project planning for the Ultimate Cycling Network as detailed in the City's Cycling Master Plan. The study will be completed in two Parts: oPart A - Study Design oPart B - Municipal Class EA Study The Part A - Study design process will involve developing the scope for the Municipal Class EA study, confirmation of the problems/opportunities, develop engagement strategy, EA schedule, scope of work and outline potential solutions. Part B will involve undertaking the Municipal Class EA Study. The entire project is expected to take 31 months to complete.
