Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Peterborough, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the "City") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Brealey Drive Reconstruction: Lansdowne Street to Sherbrooke Street, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The work for supplying the Deliverables in this ITT includes: - earth excavation; - grading; - clearing and grubbing; - traffic control; - removal of existing storm sewers, sanitary sewers, watermains, concrete curb and gutters, concrete sidewalks, asphalt roadway and boulevard, roadway granular base, street lighting, signage, and fencing; - Installation of new storm sewers, underground stormwater storage chambers, sanitary sewers, watermains, concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks, road base and asphalt, asphalt multi-use trails, streetlights, traffic signals, line painting, landscaping, topsoil and sod, tree plantings, retaining walls, signage, and wooden privacy fences; and - all other work as part of the Roadway Reconstruction of Brealey Drive as outlined in the ITT Particulars and attachments to this ITT.
