Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act Applies to This Contract and That the Successful Bidder Shall Pay No Less Than the Wage Rates Determined for the Project Area as Set Forth in the Contract Documents. This Project Consists of the Demolition and Removal of Existing Storm Sewer and Installation of New Hdpe Storm Sewer Pipe and Related Drainage Structures, Grading, Paving Restoration, and Erosion and Sedimentation Controls at 112 & 120 Sandy bank Road in Upper Providence Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The Township Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, or Parts Thereof, and to Waive Any Informality in the Bidding, as They Deem in the Best Interest of the Township.
