Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of replacement of non-complaint sidewalk and ADA ramps at Various Locations throughout the City's 1st Ward. Generally, the work on this contract will be assigned geographically to the area bounded by the west City limit, Lake Michigan Drive / Bridge Street, Leonard Street and Front Avenue. A certified check or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days after the date and time for receiving bids. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids; to reject the Bid of a Bidder who is not, in the opinion of the Engineer or City, in a position to perform the contract; to waive informalities, irregularities and technicalities; to reject any and all non-conforming, non-responsive, Phase 1 Substantial Completion Date: June 30, 2024 Phase 2 Substantial Completion Date: September 15, 2024 Final Completion Date: November 25, 2024
