The Project includes the following Work: Contract #1 This contract will consist of the work to complete upgrades at the Terra Alta Water Treatment Plant. The work will include the replacement of filter media, filter tank surface preparation and painting and electrical upgrades. Contract #2 The work in this contract will consist of the construction of a new 245,000 gallon water storage tank. The contract will also include the demolition of the existing Good Well Elevated Tank. Contract #3 The work in this contract will consist of Water Line Replacement along 4th Street and Highland Avenue in Terra Alta. There will be approximately 4,500 linear feet of 6" water line installed in this contract. The Work will be substantially completed within 210 calendar days for Contract #1, 330 calendar days for Contract #2, and 150 calendar days for Contract #3, after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 240 days for Contract #1, 390 days for Contract #2, and 180 days for Contract #3 after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
