Contractor shall removal loose deteriorating asphalt, approximately 480 square yards at main entrance area and patch area with 2.5" of new 19mm base mix. 2. Contractor shall broom clean all areas before paving 3. Contractor shall mill all adjoining roads and entrances to provide full depth tie in as well as smooth transitions. 4. Contractor shall drag all low spots with surface mix to level before paving. 5. Contractor shall apply tack coat as necessary to vertical tie in areas before paving. 6. Surface Asphalt Mix shall be hot asphalt mix (HMA) and shall be 1.5" of 9.5mm wearing mix using PG64S-22 asphalt. 7. Contractor shall maintain flush finish to all adjoining concrete areas that are currently flush with pavement. 8. Contractor shall perform WMA non-destructive compaction testing on all areas of work. 9. Total area of asphalt overlay is approximately 5000 square yards
