Sealed bids will be received by the City of Morgantown, WV for all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary for tree planting services on City properties and Right of Ways. The City estimates this contract will involve the procurement and planting of 326 trees and shrubs over a four-year period, with the first delivery and installation of trees scheduled for Fall 2023. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of the contract is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
