Renovation of an educational facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Modernization and design of three gas fired boiler plants that serve three separate loops of the embedded guideway heating system of the University's Personal Rapid Transit ("PRT") system. West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposers") for design and modernization of the three boiler plants for the Personal Rapid Transit (PRT) system at WVU. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
