West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (BOG) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (WVU or University) is initiating this Request for Bids (RFB) from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors for the comprehensive replacement of the Engineering Sciences Building (ESB) Pedestrian Bridge located on WVU's Evansdale Campus in Morgantown, WV. Original to the building construction, the ESB bridge has been in service since 1961 and has weathered years of corrosion and as a result has been deemed in need of replacement.
