This RFP is for a contract that generally includes installation of a microwave (MW) communication system connecting BC Hydro’s Bullhead (BLH) MW Repeater to the ARC Resources Attachie West (ATT) substation. The scope of Work is addition of a new microwave communication system connecting BC Hydro’s Bullhead MW Repeater (BLH) to the ARC Resources Attachie West (ATT) substation. The BLH site is located at the GPS coordinates 56° 02’ 43.13” N, 122° 08’ 0.85 W. Site elevation is 1,104m. This includes addition of a new Antenna on the existing BLH tower and running waveguides to the existing control room connecting to the DACS panel.
