Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Burnaby, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation, and all the incidentals required for a like for like replacement of the existing MCC 1 & MCC 3 panels including but not limited to works related to mechanical, plumbing, structural modifications, commissioning and all work as specified and indicated on drawings and specifications.
