FTA Sidewalks - Group 2 These Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funded projects consist of constructing new sidewalks along city streets in order to get pedestrians safely to bus stops where they are currently needed. ADA curb ramps, pedestrian pads, and striping are also a part of the projects. location W. Airline Avenue (N. Trenton Street to N. Morris Street) N. Morris Street (Radio Street to Doffin Lane) This project will be financed with funds from the Federal Transit Authority (FTA). Successful bidder shall be required to follow all requirements pertaining to this funding. Guidance can be found in FTA Circular 4220.1F. "Third Party Contracting Guidance". Any interpretation of the Contract Documents will be made only by addendum duly issued by the Owner to each person receiving a set of documents. The Owner will not be responsible for any other explanations or interpretations of the Contract Documents.
