The City of Gastonia will be holding a Pre-Bid meeting for the demolition of 608 N. York St and reconstruction of a residential home. This project will be 100 percent financed with Federal funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development. General Contractors are required to participate in the pre-bid meeting to obtain their construction packet for the bid process. The City of Gastonia will exclusively consider bids from contractors on an approved list, reserving the right to accept or reject any or all bids based on what is deemed in the best interest of the City of Gastonia.
