Reference Number 0000262976 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/29 12:00:00 AM CST The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, requests Quotes from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Quotes (RFQ) to: Undertake bathymetric and topographic survey to support hydraulic modelling. Portion of the La Salle River Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure (MTI) is seeking an Agreement for Bathymetric Survey Services to be used for hydraulic modelling to support a drainage feasibility study and flood risk mapping. The Consultant agrees to obtain and maintain, at its cost, throughout the term of the Agreement, and in the case of claims-made policies for a period of at least twenty four (24) months following completion of all Services under this Agreement (to provide a claim discovery period), the following insurance: a) commercial general liability insurance covering the Services provided by Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents under this Agreement; such insurance shall: (i) provide a minimum of Two Million ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence limit of liability; and (ii) name Manitoba, its Ministers, officers, and employees and agents as Additional Insureds with respect to this Agreement; Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
