Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Replace Roof Advanced Technology Center project at Tidewater Community College, Virginia Beach Campus, Project Code: 260-B0260-047 (MR20024), located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The project is generally described as the recovering of the ATC building roof system, including masonry repairs to provide new terminations and transitions to the adjacent facades. A Standard Commonwealth Bid Bond is required (form CO-10.2) and Contract Security is required for any bid regardless of bid amount.
