Owner Rights: The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any part of or all bids and/or quotations and to waive any informality in the bidding which, in their opinion, will be beneficial to the County of Gratiot. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, waive any informality and purchase from any and/or bidders when in their opinion said purchases are in the best interests of the Gratiot County Road Commission. Any bid received after the stipulated time will be returned to the bidder unopened. The Commission reserves the right to cancel any of the individual projects and/or to add other similar projects to the contract. Any such cancellations or additions shall not change the unit prices bid and all unit prices bid shall remain firm through December 1, 2024. This contract can be extended only if mutually agreeable between the supplier and the Gratiot County Road Commission, under the terms and conditions provided herein. The undersigned hereby proposes to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supplies for the items indicated as specified herein and do the work in accordance with the specifications for the following unit prices, including all applicable taxes. Bid Notes: Bidders may bid on any one, any combination or all of the items listed. All bid prices are to be indicated in the spaces provided and submitted in a sealed envelope marked Bituminous Material Quotations. All paving projects to be completed on or before October 1, 2024.
