Renovation of a municipal facility in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Request for Tenders for Commissioners Transfer Station and Ingram Yard Buildings Roof Membrane Replacement. Contractor's Scope of work generally includes but is not limited to: 1. At Commissioners Transfer Station: the removal and replacement of the roof membrane system; and 2. At Ingram Collection Yard: the removal, storage, reinstallation and commissioning of the photovoltaic system, and the removal and replacement of the roof membrane system. The details of the Works are as described in the Specifications and Drawings and RFT document. The scheduled date for total performance of the Work is 200 calendar days after the commencement date.
