Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check equal to 5% of the base bid, or an acceptable bid bond in the same amount, made payable to Dothan Housing Authority - Central Office. Certified Check or Bid Bond will be returned within 30 days if proposal is not accepted or if the contract agreement is executed. Upon award of the contract, a Performance and Labor-Material Bond, in the full amount of the contract will be required of the successful bidder.
