This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to provide commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repair for the TxDOT Austin Headquarters. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that this WebEx service allows audio and other information sent during the session to be recorded, which may be discoverable in a legal matter. The initial term of the contract shall commence upon execution of the contract by TxDOT and expires on March 01, 2025 with the option to renew for three oneyear periods at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term.
