Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

As of 12/17/2025, this project has not yet been awarded. It is anticipated to be awarded in February 2026. The Work consists of replacement of approximately 13,000 LF of aging asbestos water line in the Colony Park neighborhood in East Austin, Texas with 12-inch HDPE (DIPS) pipeline. Work also includes erosion and sedimentation control, traffic control, pavement repair, mill and overlay, and restriping of existing roads due to pipe replacement. All Bids shall be accompanied by an acceptable Bid guaranty in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid, as specified in Section 00100, Instructions to Bidders. Performance and payment bonds when required shall be executed on forms furnished by OWNER. Each bond shall be issued in an amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Amount Contract Time is of the essence and all Work shall be substantially completed within THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY (380) Calendar Days. Liquidated damages are NINE HUNDRED FORTY ($940) per Calendar Day for failure to substantially complete the work and FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY ($520) per Calendar Day for failure to achieve final completion within SIXTY (60) Calendar Days after substantial completion. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any minor informality in any Bid or solicitation procedure (a minor informality is one that does not affect the competitiveness of the Bid).
