Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Temple City, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and road / highway.

The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as described in detail in these Bidding and Contract Documents, Plans and Specifications to construct the project. -Removal, earthwork & grading. Removal of existing resilient surfacing, play equipment, associated footings, and concrete curb to subgrade. - Clear and grub existing turf planting area. -Sand/Prep existing trellis. Remove existing light fixtures. -Install resilient surfacing -Install steel header -Install 5 gallon shrubs Install 15 gallon shrubs Install wood mulch - 3" depth (350 SF) Repair and replace irrigation system. Paint existing trellis Install new light fixture and post, with foundation Install new wall mounted fixture on existing trellis. Demolish existing construction as required for project. Remove existing materials and equipment from site. Remove foundations including slabs. Cap and identify active utilities. Remove inactive service lines. The Contractor shall complete all work within 50 working days of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Note 1: The playground equipment will be delivered to the ste by the City on April 17, 2024. The contractor shall unload the playground equipment. Note 2: Prior to delivery of playground equipment, the contractor shall complete the refurbishment of trellis work, and all necessary site clearance, grubbing and preparation. Estimated cost is $300,000. In accordance with provisions of Section 3300 of the California Public Contract Code, City of Temple City has determined that the contractor shall possess A-General Engineering Contractor or B-General Building Contractor valid California Contractor's License.
