Please see the Invitation to Bid for instructions on how to obtain project documents. Demolish existing air handlers, condensing units and refrigerant lines serving the gym and associated rooms. Modify existing ductwork to suit new air handlers. Provide new VRF condensing units, air handling units and refrigerant lines. Modify existing Alerton control system. Demolish existing gym light fixtures and associated wiring. Provide new light fixtures. Connect a portion of the existing circuits and systems to the generator. Provide new circuit breakers. Provide power to the new HVAC equipment. Provide cutting and patching as needed. Provide new exterior concrete block enclosure for the condensing units. Additive Alternate Bid#l: Provide all labor and materials to replace existing light fixtures in the music room with new fixtures. Engineer's estimate is $478,000. A certified check, or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) ofthe Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any. REJECTION OF BIDS: The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and/or all Bids for any reason and, in particular, to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
