Reference number : 1800282 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2024-02-05 Electronic bid submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a single tender file Estimated contract duration without options (in months): 18 Type of the Bid guarantee No bid guarantee The Societe des establishments de plein air du Quebec (the "Sepaq") is requesting bids from contractors interested in carrying out leveling work, minor repairs and maintenance of roads and paths (the "Works") in the wildlife reserve Ashuapmushuan (the "Establishment" or the "Reserve"). The Work will be carried out according to the needs of Sepaq by applying methods on forest land while taking into account the Regulation on the sustainable development of forests in the domain of the State, CQLR chapter A-18.1, r. 0.01, the "RADF". Sepaq estimates the duration of the Work at an approximate annual quantity of two hundred and thirty hours (230 hours) for leveling and one hundred and ten hours (110 hours) for minor repair and maintenance work on roads and paths. The Work must be carried out between May 1 , 2024 and October 25, 2024 for the first season of operation, and between May 1, 2025 and October 24, 2025 for the second season. The Contract may be renewed for a third season of operation, in accordance with the terms of the Contract. Tender has been cancelled.
