PCMC seeks a developer experienced with a combination of affordable and senior residential housing, multi-unit residential rental projects, mixed-use, public/private partnerships, and associated tax, grant and regulatory matters, and the financing and operation of mixed-income housing to design and develop the Woodside Park Phase II project.
