PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Provide planning, transportation planning, and engineering services to assist Park City with the highest and best use analysis for multiple tracts of land throughout the City. PCMC is inviting qualified persons or firms (Respondents) to provide Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Planning, Real Estate, and Engineering Services on an as-needed basis. PCMC intends to enter into one or more contracts with Respondents to provide these services. The contracts terms shall be for three years with the option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. available on November 29, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. All questions regarding the RSOQ must be submitted in writing on the U3P website by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, December 22, 2023. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received for any reason
