Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In the event of difficulty submitting proposals electronically, proposals can be dropped off at the office of the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor - Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060. The work involves the installation of two asphalt parking lots, installation of sidewalks, installation of a retaining wall, trailhead signage and interpretive signage, and restoration of the existing McLeod Creek Trailhead. Minor site preparation/earthwork and landscape restoration may be required. A Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required. Direct all questions concerning the project via email to: Zachary Alhamra, Project Engineer, Alliance Engineering, Inc., at zachary@alliance-engr.com, by 10 a.m. on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. PCMC reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids or waive any informalities, inconsistencies or technicalities in the bids when deemed in the best interest of PCMC.
