Submissions to the City Recorder should be delivered on a zip drive. No paper copies should be submitted. QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this RSOQ must be submitted via email to becky.gutknecht@parkcity.org by 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 20, 2023. Subject line should read: Questions - SOQ - China Bridge Parking Garage Condition Assessment and Evaluation. PCMC is inviting SOQs from qualified persons or firms (Respondents) to provide structural expertise in the assessment of the current condition of the China Bridge parking structure and options for potential remediation strategies.
