Construction is expected to begin in April. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference* Park City Municipal Corporation ("PCMC") is seeking qualified architectural firms or teams for architecture, engineering, construction administration services, and cost estimates for the Park City Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center ("PC MARC") and the Park City Sports Complex ("PCSC") Phase 3 projects. The PC MARC project includes a 14,000-square-foot expansion of the cardio and fitness space and the reconstruction of the two outdoor pools and the spa at the existing PC MARC, 1200 Little Kate Road, Park City, Utah. The PCSC Phase 3 project includes indoor pickleball courts, exterior pickleball courts, an outdoor ice rink, outdoor sports lighting, a parking lot, and other improvements at 425 F.J. Gillmor Way, Park City, Utah. The work outlined in the RFP includes planning, entitlements, architectural and engineering design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration. PCMC is seeking responses from architects licensed in the State of Utah to act as the primary architect of record for the project.
