Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Cherokee Nation is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a parking lot at the Cherokee Nation Real Estate Department located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma (Cherokee County). The project must be completed within 100 calendar days after Notice to Proceed issued by Cherokee Nation. A bid guaranty equal to five percent (5%) of total bid must be included with the bid submittal. Bids will be accepted from Indian and Non-Indian bidders. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each consecutive business day in which the project is incomplete over the presented construction end date or previously approved time extension. To be given consideration, interpretation requests must be received by the stipulated deadline. Due date for all interpretation requests for this bid shall be January 31, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. c) Any and all such interpretations and any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda. Due date for interpretations for this bid shall be February 02, 2024 by 5:00 p.m Cherokee Nation reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
