Option 1 includes dredging approximately 84,000 cubic yards from Main Channel Sections 5 through 6, and Option 2 includes dredging approximately 280,500 cubic yards from the Texas City Turning Basin Section 7. The work will be performed under a firm-fixed-price contract and includes all labor, equipment, materials, and operations necessary to complete dredging within the specified performance periods, subject to liquidated damages for delays. Performance and payment bonds are required, and work will commence following issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
