Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Whitewater, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work for Contract 1-2024: 950 linear feet (LF) of sanitary sewer; 1,350 LF of water main; 200 LF of storm sewer; 80 LF of trenchless casing installation; 2,700 LF of curb and gutter; 8,000 square feet (SF) of sidewalk and driveway apron; 4,500 tons (T) of base course; 1,200 T of asphalt pavement; stormwater detention basin dredging and disposal; restoration; and related miscellaneous work. The Project includes the following approximate quantities of Work for Contract 2-2024: 400 LF of sanitary sewer; 450 LF of water main; 50 LF of storm sewer; 1,000 LF of curb and gutter; 3,400 SF of sidewalk and driveway apron; 1,100 T of base course; 300 tons of asphalt pavement; restoration; and related miscellaneous work. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. The City of Whitewater reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder. The work on Ann Street and Fremont Street in Contract 1-2024 is funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Local Road Improvement Program (LRIP).
