Site work for a mixed-use development in Medford, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.
The Medford School District is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) to replace existing multi-mode fiber runs with single-mode fiber runs at 15 schools. Please see the ITB for more information. All work associated with this project is eligible for E-Rate funding. Any eligible Contractor must meet all E-Rate qualifications and have an E-Rate provider number (SPIN). The district reserves the right to (1) reject any Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, (2) to add to the price bid by nonresident bidders an increase equal to the percent preference that the nonresident bidders home state would give it's instate bidders, (3) to reject, for good cause, any or all Bids that are not in the best interest of the district, (4) to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, to waive any formalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of Medford School District to be in its best interest.
