Elmwood Schools Track Replacement PROJECT SCOPES OF WORK Site Work: Site work includes removal of existing track surface, new latex track surface, goal post, replacement of ACO trench drain sections, concrete curb, grading and seeding. Alternate for new play clocks, concrete surrounding the entire track and new concrete pads for pole vault. Electrical Work: Electrical work consists of, but not limited to Alternate to provide power to play clocks, providing new flag pole lights, and providing power to the new flag pole lights. A Bid Security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or surety company bond pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised code in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany each bid; or a bid guaranty bond in accordance with Chapter 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in the amount of 100% of the total bid shall accompany each bid.
