The Project includes the following Work: Shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the basketball and pickleball courts . Base Bid is the Basketball Court with Add Alternate #1 Basketball Court Resilient Surfacing, Add Alternate #2 Pickleball Court, Add Alternate #3 Pickleball Court Resilient Surfacing, Add Alternate #4 North Sidewalk Segment + Court Area Sidewalk, Add Alternate #5 South Sidewalk Segment for consideration. The total combined work consist of approximately 1,555 SY 5" Concrete, 2 EA Basketball Goals, 862 LF 2" Paint Markings, 322 LF 10' Chain Link Fence, 183 LF 8' Chain Link Fence, 3 EA 3 Row Aluminum Bleachers, 1 Set of Pickleball Posts/Net, 580 LF Silt Fence, 21,000 SF Seeding, 20 LF 12" HDPE Pipe, and all associated removals , earthwork, construction staking, and other items necessary to complete the work. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to Owner as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the Owner, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty days after the bids are open.
